Setting myself up as a Virtual PA in the UK?

I have many years experience as a PA and am thinking abut setting myself up as a virtual PA. Can anyone who does this please advise me on how to go about this? Should I firstly register myself as self-employed and then set up my own website and advertise my services? Any help or advise would be really appreciated.
