Is the movie "Carriers" really gory?

Problem with me and scary movies lately is the fact that there tends to be too much gore for me to handle. Like honestly, I'd love to see the saw films, the plot seems real good, but due to the amount of gore, i cannot. and so, i was wondering how bad is this movie with gore? i mean yes, i can handle a little, but too much and I'm screwed.
