Attract more birds to garden?

Hey there I feed the birds in my backyard. I use Wagner's deluxe blend bird food and usually attract the same birds like sparrows, 1 or 2 cardinals, finches, morning doves and sometimes pigeons. I live in longisland ny closer to the nyc border. I wanted to know if anybody has any tips on attracting more of a different variety of birds. Thanks in advance
