Hello ladies does anyone else feel like this!?!?

I am 16 weeks pregnant myself and it has just started to seem real a slender skinny person i am and now that my friends and family have started noticing the baby bump has made it reality for me. I go on the 11th to find the but i've also had 2 other ultrasounds and since, seeing the baby and hearing the heart beat for the first time has made it become more real over time..
