How to create a full 360 scalable 3D model.?

I need software, preferably freeware, that i can create 3D models/images that i can scale 360 degrees with a mouse or a tablet pen. i would also prefer that it runs in quicktime or windows media player.the software should be something easy like Google's Sketchup. I also found that when i export my creations in 3dae or something like that, it looks really good in Mac OS X's preview and quick view. thanks in advance
