I have a 154cm snowboard. I am around 510-511. I weight 175 lbs. is this okay?

you have to take into account his weight though. sure 154 might reach his nose, but if hes sinking into the snow its not good. i think 154 usually has like 180 as the top end weight, but if youre 5 10-511, a board that is a little bigger may be optimal
