How do i get sensors set to ready?

I have a 1998 ford taurus sho. v8. I went for my inspection and turns out that 6 monitors said not ready. catalyst, evap, 2nd sys, 02 sens, 02 sens htr, and egr sys. they said to drive it a hundred miles and it should all be ready. drove a hundred and went back. still not ready. drove another hundred and fifty. nothiing has changed except now I have a cylinder six misfire. replaced spark plugs and coil. don't know if its fixed. so my question is is there a way to get the monitors ready without having to drive a hundred milesn and what could be causing all these to say not ready? how do I fix it? any help greatly appreciated.
