high carb stuff like , potatoes, white bread and stuff like cupcakes and cookies are out. eat lean protein chicken , eggs. Workout 20 minutes a day. But go online and find a workout program for you. Don t not eat breakfast!!! eating breakfast will help u lose weight. If u have no willpower what so ever... just cut out white bread and any kind of potatoes. slow burning carbs will hurt your changes of losing weight. also, have a off day.. like one day off the week were u allow yourself a fast food snack like chicken wings. just dont go crazy
