Have anyone ever watched an african movie i think it was made between 1985-2001?

I don't remember it clearly , but its about an african tribe the leader can command crocodiles , so he would capture people and fed them to the crock's its like an african amy or something,believe me i cant remember the movie, and the leader would dress in crocodile skin clothes so he looks like a crocodile, but in the end he got eaten by the crocodiles can anyone help me to find this movie?
